1. The manuscript must contain the title in English and Chinese, the author's name, a brief description of the author (including title, degree and research field), the author's organization (address and post code), contact telephone number (including mobile phone number), e-mail address, abstract and keywords (in English and Chinese), the full paper, and references.
2. The manuscript is required to have a novel thesis, a clear argument, reliable and relevant data, adequate argumentation, reasonable structure, strict logic, correct grammar, accurate wording and concise text.
3. The title of the paper should be precise and concise, and should normally be no more than 20 Chinese characters.
4. The abstract (in Chinese) should normally be between 200-300 words and should include the purpose, methods and results; the English abstract should correspond to the Chinese version.
5. Three to five keywords.
6. The paper submitted should be at least 8,000 words and should be typeset in WORD.
7. Two or three level headings are generally used in the main text, e.g. "I.", "(i)", "1".
8. Notes are marked with circled numbers. References format conforms to GB/T 7714-2015 "Information and Documentation Rules for Reference Writing".
9. The source of funding is indicated at the foot of the first page of the manuscript, but not if it is not available.
10. All submissions are the responsibility of the author and all named authors should have no objection to the content and attribution of the manuscript. The Editorial Board of the Journal may make technical and editorial corrections to manuscripts.
11. Please do not submit your manuscript to more than one journal. The initial review time is normally 15 working days. Authors can call the Editorial Office (Tel: 020-85213198) to check the status of the review.
12. The Journal does not charge any fees to contributors. Upon publication, a small amount of remuneration will be paid and three copies of the journal will be given to each author.
