Education Policy and Education Reform in a Changing World

  • 摘要: 随着现代社会的发展、现代国家的形成,以及现代制度化学校系统的建立与完善、普及义务教育的发展,教育与社会生活的联系日益紧密,教育与社会间的双向互动日益频繁和复杂。政治民主化、全球化与信息通讯技术等社会要素的发展以不同的方式深刻地影响着教育的改革与发展,备受政治影响的教育政策在教育变革与发展中所起的作用越来越重要。与此同时,问题解决的研究、经验分析的研究、历史与文化的研究等基于不同“推理风格”的教育政策研究范式,不仅使教育政策研究呈现多样化的发展态势,使之成为教育研究领域中的“显学”,更使教育政策研究在教育政策决策与教育改革中的作用日益凸显。两卷集《教育政策研究手册》是首部由中美两国学者共同主编的教育政策研究著作,汇集了全球16个国家和地区48位作者的38篇原创研究成果,不仅从国家教育宏观政策变迁的层面,揭示了当代教育改革与社会变革间的复杂关系,还着眼于微观领域的教育政策变迁,着重考察学校与教学情景中的政策与变革问题。
