Chinese Space Distribution and Planning of Preschool Education Resources based on ArcGIS

  • With the reforms deepening on preschool education,the investment of resources has shifted from "guaranteed coverage" to emphasis on the quality of coverage.The Planning of preschool education resources must go beyond the evaluation system based on global variables and consider the spatial heterogeneity of input indictors.By using ArcGIS it can be seen that regional geographic factors,the behavior of entering kindergartens in the process of urbanization,and the purchasing power for preschool education have an important influence on the distribution of preschool education resources based on current status.In the future,only by fully considering the regional spatial characteristics,the behavior of entering kindergartens,and the social factors that affect the sharing of education costs,can we reasonably plan the spatial layout of preschool education resources and develop preschool education.
