Abstract:
In his influential novels,such as Kong Yiji,Hometown,and Dragon Boat Festival,Lu Xun figured out many important issues caused by the educational reforms in the perspective of the nameless populace.Regarding Lu Xun's novels as the works of the sociology of education,one can not only broaden the knowledge of early developments of the Chinese sociology of education since the late Qing Dynasty,but also obtain valuable reference which is useful to study contemporary educational reforms in the perspective of the nameless populace with the lens of narrative studies.

Abstract:
The leading development trend of social service in foreign first-class university libraries has an important enlightening effect on changing the current situation of social service of university libraries in China.Based on the analysis of the strategic planning texts of 15 world-class university libraries,it is found that the trend of their social services extends across the university boundary mainly from two dimensions of social openness and social cooperation.The formation of this trend originates from the drive of competitive service orientation,the spur to prove its own value and the edification of first-class campus culture.By contrast,the libraries of university in China are at a lower level in both dimensions,limited by such "walls" as ideology,institution and physics.Therefore,libraries should break the"wall"by creating culture,strengthening planning,opening to the outside world and grasping the bottom line in the future.

In this paper,literature research and content analysis are used to review the research on science education in museums.Constructivist learning theory,situational learning theory and cooperative learning theory provide theoretical basis for science education in museums.Stimulating interest and motivation,understanding science content and knowledge,participating in scientific reasoning,reflecting on the nature of science,participating in scientific practice and identifying with the cause of science are the main characteristics of science education in the venue.Exhibits based teaching activities and technology based teaching activities are the main forms of science education in museums.

Because of its possible positive impact,or from factors such as residence,safety and economy,school choice has become a common concern of many parents,students and the government,and the resolution of school choice craze has become a difficult problem.However,the OECD's empirical survey data and a large number of scholars'empirical studies confirm that,on the whole or on average,school choice is not significantly helpful to the improvement of performance and the development of students,and school choice has significantly exacerbated the academic and social isolation,resulting in new educational and social inequities.The analysis of the academic and social isolation between students exacerbated by school choice can help people understand the adverse effects of school choice more deeply;then,to understand the value of peer effect in eliminating academic and social isolation and promoting the healthy growth of students in-depth,which will be conducive to put forward the strategies of building a good peer effect,and to understand the basic theoretical approach to resolve the school choice craze with the help of good peer effect.

With the implementation of the"Double Reduction "policy,after-school services in schools have increased sharply,and the contradiction between teachers' supply and demand has become prominent.Taking S Talent Group,a typical enterprise in Shenzhen as an example,this study discusses the market mechanism for revitalizing the teacher labor market and innovating the supply of teacher resources under the background of the" Double Reduction"policy.Taking S Talent Group as an example,this study shows that professional teacher labor dispatch companies can effectively communicate with supply and demand sides and improve the efficiency of teacher resource supply.On the one hand,they provide primary and secondary schools with all-round educational talent outsourcing services including recruitment,management,etc.,to cover the risks of school employment.On the other hand,they have improved the efficiency of the allocation of the temporary teacher market by contracting with teachers to provide security and consolidate teacher resources.Based on the case study of S Talent Group,this study further discusses the marketization model of teacher resource supply model and the possibility of its promotion.

The"Double Reduction "policy has triggered a structural adjustment of educational interests,which has resulted in several risks that can stall the implementation of the policy.Accurately identifying and mitigating risks to the governance of out-of-school training is necessary to achieve the policy vision of" double reduction".Based on the crisis life cycle theory,the risk matrix shows that the medium and high risk indicators are mostly concentrated in the post-implementation period,and are characterized by the risks of policy implementation,such as the superficial behavior of out-of-school training institutions,the alienation of the governance process,and the hidden danger of social security,as well as the risks of policy effects and negative social opinion,due to the increase rather than decrease of educational anxiety.It is a feasible strategy to improve the governance mechanism of out-of-school training,gradually reform the way of education evaluation,and endeavor to guide positive publicity and public opinion.

From the perspective of organizational ecology,this study regards international organizations as social organizations,and holds that although international organizations reside in the internal population of the system,they have the ability to independently strive for resources and expand the ecological niche.Taking the OECD as an example,the OECD has always been at the forefront of global education governance.Through strategies such as striving for resources,enhancing organizational legitimacy,expanding governance issues,institutional and normative competition,as well as performance governance based on data, "customer-driven" knowledge production governance and comparative governance based on experience dissemination and other mechanisms,actively participate in the ecological niche competition of global education governance,and finally occupy a dominant position in the ecological population of global education governance.The research redefines the external environment of global education governance of international organizations,and pays attention to the interactive influence between international organizations and the international institutional environment;the concept of niche competition emphasizes the subjective initiative of international organizations'participation in global education governance,and corrects the tendency of "nationalism" in previous studies.

Excellent curriculum leadership of principals can promote the development of teachers'professional learning community (PLC) by creating a positive atmosphere of cooperation and building trust among teachers.Based on a questionnaire survey of the principals (including deputy principals) from 61 kindergartens in a certain eastern city,the linear regression model and structural equation model,this study explores the relationship between the principal's curriculum leadership and PLC,as well as the mediation of teacher trust in this relationship.The study found that the principal's curriculum leadership has a significant positive impact on PLC and teacher trust;teacher trust has a significant positive impact on PLC;teacher trust plays a part of the mediating role in the influence of the principal's curriculum leadership on PLC.

In the short decades of history of the development of Portuguese in the field of higher education in China,although the teaching and learning of literature has received more attention from colleges and universities,there are still many insufficiencies and various challenges.This article aims to take Sophia Andresen's poems as an example to deeply analyze the role of the Schema Theory in Portuguese literature teaching.Schema,as a background knowledge organization structure,can help Portuguese learners to conduct more efficiently and deeply the literary learning,and use the activation of Schema to experience the collision of Chinese and Portuguese cultures,thereby enhancing the consciousness and ability of intercultural communication.
