Abstract:
From 1894 to 1898, Yan Xiu was appointed as Guizhou's provincial education commissioner of Guizhou province. The patriotism to save the populace from imperilment and the aspiration to reform the old education and cultivate new talents are closely related with his lofty ideal of national salvation. Yan Xiu's reforms was in the vanguard of the early modernization of Chinese education in the late 19th century and the early 20th century owing to his personal experience to the malpractice of Chinese traditional education and the perception of spirit in western learning. In the harsh environment of poor, narrow, and isolated land, he eliminated the long-standing abuse, renovate academic atmosphere, advocated new academic ideas and cultivated talents. His three-year term of academic administration had an important impact on changing the educational outlook and setting a new social trend in Guizhou Province. In this process, he has been constantly improving his personal character and moral integrity, which is not only an important guarantee for his career success, but also lays a solid foundation for his future development. Yan Xiu's Diary (1894-1898) provides us with detailed and vivid first-hand materials to understand the growing process of Yan Xiu as well as the actual situation of education reforms in border provinces during the Reform Movement.

Abstract:
The Question on "who is the educator" leads to the inquiry about the essence of being an educator. The educator is defined and identified by the soul and virtues of doing education. The soul indicates the essential form of man as human being and the true reality of the becoming of human spirit. The concept "soul" implies the spiritual constitution in the integration of the reason, will, emotion, action, capacities and so on. Not same with the concepts such as "key competences", "professional skills", souls symbols educator as a person who has immanence and inherent character which is constituted with educational virtues. For the educator, the intellectual, moral, affective, accomplishment virtues cooperates each other and integrates as whole of educational character which is the symbol of the greatness and excellence of both the soul of the educator and the performed education actions. Educational virtues get improved through subjectivation praxis which is poetic, artistic process to build and cultivate the educator's excellent subjectivity in aesthetic and ethic sense.

NSTA released a five -year strategic plan——NSTA Strategic Goals 2015:Building A Better Future. The background of the plan is as follows. (1)Next Generation Science Standards has been released and put into practice. (2) Science Education in the United States has made great progress while it still has some problems. (3) NSTA has achieved good performance in recent years. NSTA Strategic Goals 2015 has 6 Strategic Goal:Advocacy; Professional Learning; Next Generation Science Standards and STEM; Elementary Education; Membership; Internal Organizational Goals. The main characteristics of NSTA Strategic Goals 2015 are as follows. (1) It emphasized the development of science education in elementary school. (2) It pay attention to collaborative development in regular school science education and informal science education. (3) It emphasized professional learning of science educators.

Macau has received extensive attention in the education field for its excellent performance in the 2018 PISA test. From the perspective of historical evolution, teacher education in Macau has gone through three stages:the embryonic stage (1930s-1980s), transformational development stage (1980s-late 20th century), and stability and long-term development stage (the end of the 20th century to present), Each stage presents different characteristics. Facing the future, the possible development direction of teacher education in Macau is to integrate into the national Greater Bay Area strategy, integrate the trend of technological development, demonstrate the humanistic characteristics of education, and cultivate teachers with local characteristics, future-oriented, and educational wisdom.

Abstract:
Since the reform and opening-up, the alumni work as an important part of higher education has developed rapidly. The development process has gone through three stages:recovery and start-up, construction and improvement, and service and innovation. The core of alumni work has evolved from the fellowship with the resources of universities as the goal, through the value construction with the social reputation of universities as the goal, and evolved into service and value innovation aiming at social contribution. This development process is consistent with the social changes and higher education development logic, promoted by reform and opening-up. In the new era, the improvement of alumni work should not simply be limited to the hunting of resources and social credibility of university's own development, but should be based on the major needs of morality education, science and technology strategies, and local economic and social development.

Abstract:
The phenomenology of "the other" brings a perspective to review and reflection on teacher-student conflict. The nature of groupness, realm and difference in teacher-student conflict makes it necessary to start from a specific situation. The causes of teacher-student conflict have three aspects:first, the visage resistance of students leads to a non-equilibrium state of social interaction between teachers and students; second, the body submission of students leads to a non-cooperative game between teachers and students; third, the evasion of teachers' responsibility leads to their lack of educational responsibility to students. As a result, it is necessary to reflect on and solve the problems of teacher-student conflict from three aspects:firstly, students' visage need to be highlighted so that attention is paid to their faces; secondly, students' bodies need to be embodied so that their bodies are liberated and teachers'authority is devolved; and finally, an ethnic of responsibility between teachers and students needs to be constructed and it needs a shift from the subject of relationship to the subject of responsibility.
The Research of An Unconditioned Stimulus Vicarious Retrieval on Reconsolidation of Fear Memory

Abstract:
The retrieval -extinction paradigm is one of the classic paradigms of memory reconsolidation, which is currently widely used in the current research on the extinction of fear memories. Compared with retrieve memory with conditioned stimulus (CS), the unconditioned stimulus (US) can activate more fear memory connections. However, in reality, the US may be difficult to replicate accurately, which limits its clinical application potential. Based on this, this study will present the US in a vicarious way (video), combined with the retrieval-extinction paradigm, to verify whether vicarious US retrieval methods can open up the reconsolidation of fear memories, thereby reducing fear responses. The results showed that neither the US retrieval-extinction group nor the vicarious US retrieval-extinction group showed spontaneous recovery and reinstatement of fear; however, the spontaneous recovery occurred when the extinction process was taken place immediately after vicarious US's retrieval. The result suggests that vicarious US retrieval can successfully reactivate the fear memory and destroy the original fear memory through the extinction training within the reconsolidation time window. However, it is necessary to leave an appropriate time interval between the retrieval and the extinction process.
