Professor WANG Deliang's Thought and Practice of Normal Education

摘要: 汪德亮先生是我国著名教育家,毕生致力于党和人民的师范教育事业,为广东省乃至全国师范教育的改革和创新作出了巨大贡献。汪德亮先生早年信奉“教育救国”理论,着力乡村改造,创办衡山乡村师范学校,培养青年一代的实际动手能力。中华人民共和国成立后,汪德亮先生到华南师范学院任教,开启了研究新社会师范教育体制改革的新征程。他不断探索和总结社会主义师范教育的规律,提出师范教育的目的是培养社会主义教育工作者;师范教育要理论联系实际;提高准教师的实际教学能力,必须重视师范生的教育实习。汪德亮先生的师范教育思想与实践和他崇高的人格精神,值得吾辈传承、创新。Abstract: Professor WANG Deliang was a famous educator in China, who has devoted all his life to the education of the party and the people, and made historic contributions to the reform and innovation of normal education in Guangdong Province and even the whole country. For the sake of the country and the people, WANG Deliang devoted himself to the rural transformation, with establishing the rural normal education and training the practical ability of the young generation; He had the courage to explore and reform the normal education with Chinese socialist characteristics, and expounded his views on the subject, goal and method of normal education. In addition, WANG Deliang's book "Cultivating a large number of qualified teachers-a talk on higher normal education" sums up his valuable experience in normal education for decades. Whether he believed in the theory of "saving the country through education" or was loyal to the party's socialist educational cause, he was determined to run an education satisfactory to the people. His thoughts and practice of normal education and his noble spirit of personality are worthy of our inheritance and development.
