An Analysis of the Types of Entrepreneurship Education Organizations in American Colleges and Universities

摘要

摘要: 创业教育组织是高校推行面向全体学生创新创业教育的运作载体和基本保障。美国高校在推动创业教育上依托不同性质和类型的组织，主要包括大学创业办公室、创业中心和创业学院，这三种创业教育组织类型各有优劣势；我国高校推行创新创业教育主要依托创业学院这一枢纽型的组织类型。结合美国高校创业教育组织经验以及我国创业教育组织发展现状，对我国高校创业教育组织在运作过程中提出以下几个方面的建议：组织教育理念上保证全校性落地；组织治理上构建专人管理的运行机制，加强外部协作；组织保障上落实系列质量保障措施。

Abstract: Entrepreneurship education organizations are the operation carrier and basic guarantee for colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education for all students. American colleges and universities rely on different types of organization to promote entrepreneurship education, mainly including university entrepreneurship office, entrepreneurship center and entrepreneurship college. These three types of entrepreneurship education organization have their own advantages and disadvantages. However, the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China mainly relies on entrepreneurship college which is seen as the hub type organization. Combined with the experience of entrepreneurship education organizations in American colleges and universities and the development status of entrepreneurship education organization in China, this paper proposes the following three suggestions for the operation of entrepreneurship education organization in universities of our country:to ensure the implementation of organizational education concept in the whole university; in terms of organizational management, to set up the operation mechanism of management by specially-assigned person and strengthen external cooperation; to implement a series of quality assurance measures guaranteed by organization.
