摘要

摘要: 博洛尼亚进程与粤港澳大湾区高等教育建设在合作基础、建设目标以及功能导向上具有相似之处,这为思考粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作进路提供了比较的视角。在明晰粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作存在问题的基础上,通过归纳总结博洛尼亚进程二十年经验,思考其对粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作的启示:培养湾区共同体意识、健全交流合作制度、建构质量保障系统、完善组织协调机制。

Abstract: The Bologna process provides a comparative perspective on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area higher education cooperation strategy. It has similarities with the latter in terms of cooperation basis, construction objectives and functional orientations. This article firstly summarizes the twenty-years experiences of the Bologna process, then clarifies the existing problems of higher education cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and finally examines the inspirations of the Bologna process:cultivating the Bay Area community consciousness; perfecting the exchange and cooperation regulations; building a quality assurance system; and improving the organizational and coordinative mechanisms.
