园长课程领导力对教师专业学习共同体的影响:教师信任的中介作用

The Impact of the Principal's Curriculum Leadership on the Professional Learning Community of Teachers:The Mediating Role of Teacher Trust

  • 摘要: 优秀的园长课程领导力能够通过创设积极的合作氛围、建立教师群体信任,促进教师专业学习共同体(PLC)的发展。通过对东部 61名园长(含副园长)进行问卷调查,利用线性回归模型和结构方程模型探讨园长课程领导力和 PLC的关系,以及教师信任在这个关系中的中介作用。研究发现:园长课程领导力对 PLC和教师信任具有显著正向影响,教师信任对PLC具有显著正向影响,教师信任在园长课程领导力对 PLC的影响中起部分中介作用。
