Study on the New Construction Mechanism of University-local Cooperation for Local University

摘要: 运用混合研究方法，对广东省7所地方大学的55名中高层管理人员的校地合作工作进行深度访谈，通过开放编码，获得地方大学校地合作的关键词条。在此基础上，对广东省地方大学539名管理人员进行问卷调查，运用因子分析法，归纳出地方大学通过校地合作构建的新机制，分别是创新创业机制、区域影响力机制、产业转化机制、项目合作机制，并从组织战略视角对地方大学校地合作新机制进行分析。

Abstract: A mixed research method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 55 middle and senior management staff of 7 local universities in Guangdong province. On this basis, the 539 managers of local universities in Guangdong province were investigated by questionnaire, and the new mechanism constructed by local universities through cooperation of school land was concluded by factor analysis, which were innovation and entrepreneurship mechanism, regional influence mechanism, industrial transformation mechanism and project cooperation mechanism respectively. This paper analyzes the new mechanism of local university cooperation from the perspective of organizational strategy.
