The Prospect of Future Teacher Education: Towards FUTURE Literacy Oriented Approach to Teacher Education

摘要: 《中国教育现代化2035》[1]强调质素、师德、专业和终身学习等元素。本文透过文献考察建议一个未来素养取向的教师教育,期望建构一个具弹性、跨地域及跨界协作、着重21世纪技能或核心素养、研究和反思、体验式学习取向的教师教育景观。Abstract: Our nation announced the document "Chinese Education Modernization 2035" which emphasizes the elements of quality, teachers' morality, professionalism and lifelong learning. This paper proposes proposes a FUTURE literacy-oriented approach to teacher education through literature review. This approach aims to construct a teacher education landscape that highlights flexibility, transnational and cross-sector collaboration, and emphasizes twenty-first century skills or core competencies as well as research-based, reflective and experiential learning.
