  • 摘要: 《中国教育现代化2035》[1]强调质素、师德、专业和终身学习等元素。本文透过文献考察建议一个未来素养取向的教师教育,期望建构一个具弹性、跨地域及跨界协作、着重21世纪技能或核心素养、研究和反思、体验式学习取向的教师教育景观。
