Towards “the Other”: A Review and Reflection on teacher-student Conflict——An Example from the W Primary School in H City

摘要: 他者现象学为解决师生冲突提供了审视和反思的视角。师生冲突的群体性、境域性和差异性要求分析师生冲突要从具体情景出发。师生冲突的缘起有三个方面:一是学生面容抗拒致使师生社会性交往呈现非平衡态,二是学生躯体臣服导致师生非合作性博弈,三是教师责任规避使教师对学生缺乏育人责任。因此需要从三方面来反思并解决师生冲突:首先,学生面容凸显要求关注学生面孔;其次,学生身体具化要求解放学生身体和下放教师权威;最后,要构建师生责任伦理并由关系主体转向责任主体。Abstract: The phenomenology of "the other" brings a perspective to review and reflection on teacher-student conflict. The nature of groupness, realm and difference in teacher-student conflict makes it necessary to start from a specific situation. The causes of teacher-student conflict have three aspects:first, the visage resistance of students leads to a non-equilibrium state of social interaction between teachers and students; second, the body submission of students leads to a non-cooperative game between teachers and students; third, the evasion of teachers' responsibility leads to their lack of educational responsibility to students. As a result, it is necessary to reflect on and solve the problems of teacher-student conflict from three aspects:firstly, students' visage need to be highlighted so that attention is paid to their faces; secondly, students' bodies need to be embodied so that their bodies are liberated and teachers'authority is devolved; and finally, an ethnic of responsibility between teachers and students needs to be constructed and it needs a shift from the subject of relationship to the subject of responsibility.
