Abstract: The phenomenology of "the other" brings a perspective to review and reflection on teacher-student conflict. The nature of groupness, realm and difference in teacher-student conflict makes it necessary to start from a specific situation. The causes of teacher-student conflict have three aspects:first, the visage resistance of students leads to a non-equilibrium state of social interaction between teachers and students; second, the body submission of students leads to a non-cooperative game between teachers and students; third, the evasion of teachers' responsibility leads to their lack of educational responsibility to students. As a result, it is necessary to reflect on and solve the problems of teacher-student conflict from three aspects:firstly, students' visage need to be highlighted so that attention is paid to their faces; secondly, students' bodies need to be embodied so that their bodies are liberated and teachers'authority is devolved; and finally, an ethnic of responsibility between teachers and students needs to be constructed and it needs a shift from the subject of relationship to the subject of responsibility.
